But even when we talk about website visitor recognition, there are some providers out there. For this reason, we are often confronted with the question of what makes LeadRebel “better”. There are many different criteria on which to base a decision. Many of these are subjective, e.g., you prefer the layout of one platform or get along better with a contact person on the other platform. These characteristics are difficult to quantify. Advantage of LeadRebel 1: price
A few years ago, prices on the market were significantly higher. But as competition grew, prices dropped and are now far from the old levels. Nevertheless, it can very quickly become very expensive, if your daily traffic is rather high. Prices are rising rapidly, especially for websites with very high traffic.
Our pricing model is very simple and transparent:
- The small package (LITE) costs 29 euros/month and offers up to 5 detections per day (i.e., approx. 150 per month) as well as one linked website
- The medium package (STANDARD) costs 89 euros/month and offers up to 30 detections per day (i.e., approx. 900 per month) and up to four linked websites
- And the big package (PREMIUM), costs 299 euros/month and offers up to 90 leads (detections) per day and 5 linked websites.
We also offer an enterprise package for websites, with especially large traffic.
In addition, our customers pay 15 euros/month for each additional user (except account admin).
If you look at other providers, the prices for the higher packages are well above our level.
It’s also important to note that you’re comparing same features. For example, some providers show ‘visits’ instead of ‘detections’ in their calculations. A detection is a uniquely identified business, while a visitor can still be anonymous. However, some customers not always understand this difference.

Every company in our industry is particularly proud of its data quality. For example, we have around 20 million companies in our database. Not all these companies have a complete information. But most of the companies that are displayed to the users in the dashboard and are not 100% filled, go through manual moderation, and are enriched by our employees.
This process creates a lot of work for us, but I think and hope that this effort will pay off for our customers. After all, what is a company worth that is displayed to you in your dashboard, but half of data is missing? So, you would have to do your own research on what industry this company comes from, how big it is, etc. So, all very inefficient. Not with us!

We’re probably the only company that implements the custom features upon customer request before those customers even start paying. Need a CMS integration that we don’t have? No problem. Do you need a specific report that we don’t currently offer? Sure, we do.
