HubSpot & LeadRebel Integration

In order to integrate your LeadRebel account with HubSpot (or vice versa), you need following:

1. HubSpot Account
2. LeadRebel Account

You should go to LeadRebel -> Settings -> Integrations and select HubSpot:

Click on “Connect” button and follow the instructions.

Once you have linked your LeadRebel and HubSpot Accounts, you can start exporting leads from LeadRebel to HubSpot.

There are two possibilities of export:

1. Automatic export:

Go to settings, integrations -> Select rules for automatically export companies. Save:

Based on selected criteria, leads will be automatically exported to HubSpot.

• Manual export:

Go to dashboard, select relevant leads, go to export options and select HubSpot

Export rules

1. LeadRebel creates two entities: Deal and Company
2. If company exists, LeadRebel doesn’t create new company, but adds instead visit details to existing company
3. With each new visit, LeadRebel adds note to existing company
